Calendar Court

The purpose of this page is to provide monthly/holiday/seasonal calendars, books, and activity pages. Included is a teddy bear paper doll with clothes for every month of the year. This makes him articulated so that you can pose him on your bulletin board.. Kinders especially love to change his clothes at the beginning of each month. His name is Baby Brad Bear (there is a larger one with different clothing) and he's perfect for the bulletin board. I used colored pencils to color my set of outfits and then laminated them.

Please note that due to the size of the original graphics, you may need to save each document to your computer to view them. Sorry for the inconvenience! I'm in the process of changing them over to pdf files, so they should be easier to download and open.

The "Count" of Halloween

I put this together about twenty years ago as a comprehension/story problem activity book. My kids loved it and I think that yours will too. As they read the book, they discover that things are missing from the illustrations and they'll need to add their own finishing touches. They can also write equations or story problems in their math logs for an extension.

Credit should be given to PrintMaster Platinum 12 by Broderbund for all the the clip art that I use in designing many of my worksheets. It is a teacher friendly program with lots of options for creating materials for the classroom. I also use Microsoft Office Clip Art.
